Even if your company doesn’t have personnel with HTML or general web knowledge, this service enables you to manage your website more efficiently and cost-effectively than hiring dedicated staff.
Normally, these operational services would incur additional fees, but each plan includes “Support Tickets” that can be used for these tasks, effectively making the services free of charge. The support tickets are valid for one year and are renewed annually.
Additionally, when you sign up for a new Managed Web Hosting plan, ANDOWS will create the basic content for your website at no extra cost.

Website creation is free of charge. The ANDOWS team will work with you to create essential initial content, such as the homepage and contact form, based on your specific needs. After that, you can freely edit the site using WordPress, or you can request ANDOWS to handle page edits for you.
Comprehensive Support
As your IT strategy partner, ANDOWS offers support not only for website management but also for any IT-related needs, including business system development and internal network setup. If any services incur additional costs, we will provide you with a detailed estimate in advance.
Support Tickets
Each Managed Web Hosting plan comes with a set amount of support tickets issued annually, based on the plan details. These support tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used to pay for any additional paid services.
Custom Domain
You can create your website using a domain name you already own. If you decide to purchase a new domain, we will support you with DNS and Google Workspace setup. Additionally, you can choose to leave everything, from domain acquisition to management, entirely to ANDOWS.
SSL Server Certificate
ANDOWS provides free registration, installation, and regular updates of server certificates under your domain name, which are essential for website operation.
Site Backup
To prepare for any unforeseen circumstances, ANDOWS provides regular site backup services at no additional cost. We also support you with restoring your site from backups.
E-commerce Support
Operating an e-commerce site is also possible. ANDOWS will assist you with creating a shopping cart system and registering products.

Application Process
Select a plan and complete the payment using your credit card.
A “Thanks” email will be sent to the registered email address. Please access the URL provided in the email and complete the membership registration.
Your personal account management page, “ANDOWS My Page,” will be created. This page serves as a portal for various services, including account management and free website creation. Please request website creation through My Page.
Once your website is complete, ANDOWS will notify you with the login details for the WordPress management dashboard. From then on, you can freely edit your site. You can also request various tasks from ANDOWS through My Page.
